How do I return an item?
Refunds and Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, the B.Witching Bath Co. will exchange your purchase or refund your money, less shipping fees. Simply return the items to us with-in 30 days in the original shipping box, unused and undamaged. Simply write RETURN EXCHANGE or RETURN REFUND across the top of your packing slip, with a note as to your request and include it in the box with the merchandise you are returning. We want you to be satisfied so please feel free to call our customer service department to discuss the return process as soon as possible. All returned merchandise should be shipped to: The B. We are not responsible for lost returns or shipping fees associated with returning items. You are welcome to return any purchase to a B.Witching store in person and avoid shipping fees.
