• The perfect bath is a matter of personal taste. Some like it hot and fragrant and some like it cool and lightly scented. We recommend adding 3 table spoons up to 1 cup of bath soak formulation to warm running water, to help it dissolve in the water. Soak in the tub for 15 to 30 minutes. Adding more soak to a bath will increase the therapeutic benefits, however, it's a matter of personal taste.
