Our family suffers from eczema. We have used this cream for about 15 years. It's the only thing that works for our family. My daughter has tried other creams and has come back to this one. Momma know best :) This formula is on the thicker side. It has lanolin in it that acts to keep the skin surface intact. I'm a nurse and lanolin is used to heal burns, scrapes, raw and chafed skin. So it's effective. Also it does not leave our skin greasy. We really appreciate the smooth soft after touch. This feature really appeals to my husband. I use the Rose formula, my husband uses the Fragrance Free and our daughter prefers the Lavender. I have a few friends that use it on their children. Highly recommended!

I normally don't write review but I am so impressed with the result from using this moisturizer on my dried and cracked heels that I want to share with those with the same problems.This item was out of stock for awhile and as soon as it was back in stock I went to the store and got 1 and have been putting it on my heels after shower and now my heels are soft and smooth. "AMAZING'. product. I have tried many others but none worked. And the rose scent it real rose.
