Catch some ZZZZs December 12, 2023 Reviewer: Amy H. from AZ   Just sharing. I have been waking up and not being able to get back to sleep in the middle of the night. Then I would be stuck awake for at least an hour even if I didn’t grab my phone. I heard from a family member about this and it worked. I use no where near the suggested amount on the bag (I probably use 1/2 a cup) and I sleep hard. Even if I wake up in the night I slip easily back to sleep without fighting. My husband who was a skeptic even tried it and was shocked to admit he slept great and deeply when he tried it. I’ll Be buying more once I run out, so keep it in stock.
