How do I return an item?
Refunds and Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, the B.Witching Bath Co. will exchange your purchase or refund your money, less shipping fees. Simply return the items to us with-in 30 days unused and undamaged. Write RETURN EXCHANGE or RETURN REFUND across the top of your original packing slip, with a note as to your request and include it in the box with the merchandise you are returning. We want your return to go smoothly, so please feel free to call our customer service department if you have questions about the return process. For your protection, please use an insured carrier and retain a copy of your receipt and tracking info. We are not responsible for lost returns or shipping fees associated with returning items.
