President's Bio


Barbara Bruce-Ross, President & CEO
The B.Witching Bath Company was founded in 1969, as a family owned boutique manufacturer of personal care products and remedies. In 2001, Barbara Bruce-Ross along with the support of other founding family members, reorganized the company, while still remaining steadfast to their vision of a bath and beauty line that is wholesome and effective. Soon, the company flourished under her leadership. Over the years she became more involved with the day to day operations of the company and in 2003 she assumed the role of President and CEO.

Today, Barbara oversees the operation of all company owned Retail Stores, the Wholesale Sales division, the Internet Retail Sales division, the Bath Potion Classes division, product development, branding, marketing and advertising. Under her leadership the company has grown into an inspirational leader in the Indie Beauty Industry. The B.Witching Bath Co.’s portfolio of award-winning bath and body products include top selling formulas, One-hundred Roses, Rocky Mountain Sky, Spa Tonic, along with the very popular Kitchen & Garden Soap Collection.

Prior to joining B.Witching Bath, Barbara enjoyed a eighteen year career in finance working for a NY based financial institution, experience she credits with giving her the drive and wisdom to make difficult decisions that help B.Witching flourish. She attended Fairleigh Dickinson University and Columbia University Executive Studies program.

A metro New York area native, Barbara currently resides in Wyckoff, NJ with her husband and eleven year old daughter. Needless to say there is always adventure in the air!

Over the years she had served on the board of various charities, political action committees and woman's business groups. She has been quoted and featured in media sources, The Huffington Post, Today Show, The Record, CNBC.com, Forbes.com and Fox Business News, to name just a few. She is available for appearances and commentary pertaining to the Indie Cosmetic industry, bath and body formulation, balancing career and family life, small business and retailing trends.
